Ringer

So the new fall line-up is out and Ringer has been cancled. I am so upset about this! It is such a good show. First off, I love Sarah Michelle Gellar. Then what can be better than her playing twins and then one of them pretends to die and the other one takes the place of the one who pretended to die. They threw twist and turns in every episode. It is a must see.

The Biggest Loser

Ok so other than the the episode of the Biggest Loser where they had the commercial with Jillian going "she threw the weigh-in" this season by far had the craziest episode (week 16) where three contestants quit the show because they are upset that all the previously eliminated contestants are going to be coming back to to compete for a spot in the house, even though it is written in thier contract. If you like the Biggest Loser at all then this is a must see. It is currently on demand if you have Comcast or you can see it at http://www.nbc.com/the-biggest-loser/episode-guide/season-13/447406/week-16/episode-1316/478948/.

Undercover Boss

I know that I am discovering this show kind of late but I love it. It is such a heartwarming show. It is just so nice to see the changes that they make and what they do for their employees after spending time with them in different positions within the company. After seeing the Yankee Candle episode, I would love for papa Ken (aka Ken Montera) to go undercover at BBW (Bath and Body Works). I think that so far the Yankee Candle episode is my favorite. Definitely go check it out.

The Five-Year Engagement

Oh this movie, where to begin. This movie began well and ended well but everything in between was majorly lacking. I thought I would get at least a bunch of laughs from this movie but I didn't really get that either. I really liked Emily Blunt as the female lead Violet. I didn't however like Jason Segel as the male lead Tom. I would say that this one is maybe a renter if you wanted to see it at all.

The Lucky One

I am a big Nicholas Sparks fan so I was looking forward to this one. I thought that they did a good job of making the book into a movie. Overall, I thought that the movie was just ok though. I wish that they had not cast Taylor Schilling as Beth the female lead. I thought that the chemistry between her and Zac Effron could have been better. i also don't know what the director was thinking or screen play writer was thinking when they did the scene where she goes from crying to laughing and throwing pots, that was just a hot mess. Speaking of hot mess, her hair drove me crazy throughout the movie. I get that it went along with her description in the book but could they have just done a simply ponytail and left it alone crikes. I would say go see this one only if you are a big Nicholas Sparks fan.

Hunger Games

OMG Hunger games! The books are soooo good! The concept is horrifying but the love triangle is soo good. I literally could not put the books down and had to force myself to stop reading each night and go to bed. I am a slower reader and read each of them in like 4 days a piece. The movie was very good as well. I thought that they did a very good job of taking it from book to movie. I didn't however like the action moving that was used for some of the screen shots it made it hard to watch at times because the camera was jerky. I would defiantly recommend this one!

Titanic 3-D

Ok so I am hoping you all are as excited as I am that I am starting an entertainment blog. Incase you are wondering I am planning on writing in my old blog again soon. So my fist blog is Titanic in 3-D. I did not see it and the following is why. I have been dying to see a movie in D-Box (http://www.d-box.com/) in case you don't know what it is it is a 3-D experience in 3-D while the seats shake and move to enhance your experience. I was so excited to see Titanic in D-Box because A. it is a longer movie B. how cool the seats would be with the water moving and the ship sinking. Well so I get all ready to go with my friend then we go to look up times and oh no it isn't playing in D-Box only in 3-D. I was so disappointed that it wasn't going to be in D-Box that I didn't want to see it at all. Well stay tuned I will give you reviews of new movies, music, and tv shows.
